My name is Monika Hanna Czyryca. In 2007, I began my journey working with the human body and discovering the profound power of touch.
I know from personal experience: the body does not lie—it stores every emotion, every stressor, and every effort. My path is a fusion of professional expertise and observations gathered during my travels around the world. It is about understanding human stories, but above all, it is about learning mindfulness toward the needs of one’s own body.
This is why my work focuses on restoring the connection with yourself. I specialize in natural facial lifting treatments and regenerative massages—ranging from the precision of Kobido and Facemodeling to the strength and relaxation of “Back Intensive” and “Less Stress” therapies.
I believe that beauty and health emerge when you simply feel at home within yourself—in your own skin and in your own body.
